Overview
Michael Sole is the Client Liaison at Bey & Associates and has been part of the firm for more than a decade. He serves as a conduit between clients and their legal teams, working across the life of a matter from initiation through disbursement. His focus is on resolving issues efficiently, helping files progress from phase to phase, and addressing client needs before attorney intervention is required whenever possible.
Michael was drawn to Bey & Associates by the opportunity to work with a growing firm that makes time to help people. In his role, he values the variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to assist clients at different stages of their cases. The disbursement process is an especially important part of his work because it represents the final steps toward resolution for many clients.
His approach to client service is simple: listen, then act. Michael believes clients deserve complete information, timely follow-through, empathy, and a clear explanation of unfamiliar processes. His goal is to make resolution as seamless as possible and to earn clients’ trust by doing what he says he will do. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
