Overview
Fatima Guzman is an Intake Specialist at Bey & Associates. As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, she listens to their concerns, gathers case information and supporting documents, completes the intake process, and helps ensure each matter is prepared to move smoothly to the next stage.
Before joining Bey & Associates, Fatima worked in customer service and as a collections adjuster. She has approximately 18 months of legal experience and was drawn to the field by the opportunity to help people through difficult situations while guiding them toward the next steps. Her role allows her to combine strong communication skills with a growing understanding of the legal process.
Fatima believes listening is one of the most important parts of client service. She strives to be patient, compassionate, and responsive so clients feel heard, respected, and supported from their first interaction with the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, walking, spending time with family, and finding new ways to learn and grow.
