Dionel Reynoso

Dionel Alexis Reynoso Lopez serves as Intake Supervisor at Bey & Associates, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Intake Department. He supports and supervises the intake team, helps assign new matters, and works to ensure potential clients receive organized, responsive service from their first interaction with the firm. His role combines client service, team leadership, problem-solving, and an understanding of the firm’s intake procedures.

Before joining Bey & Associates, Dionel built experience in sales, customer service, collections, and team supervision. He held supervisory roles with Trinity Offshore Services, Acquire, and Scotiabank, experiences that strengthened his ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and resolve problems. He has worked in the legal field for approximately four years and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology, with an expected graduation in 2028.

Dionel is motivated by finding solutions, applying what he has learned, and helping others on the team navigate unfamiliar challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, taking long walks, watching movies, listening to music, cooking, playing video games, home projects, and character design. His curiosity and creative interests complement the analytical and people-focused skills he brings to his work.
