Donte Thompson

Donte L. Thompson serves as Chief of Staff at Bey & Associates, where he works closely with firm leadership to oversee operations, strengthen internal processes, and support the attorneys and staff responsible for serving the firm’s clients. Having been with Bey & Associates since 2017, Donte has grown within the organization from an executive support role into firm leadership, giving him a broad understanding of the firm’s operations, culture, and commitment to its clients.

In his role as Chief of Staff, Donte helps translate leadership priorities into firm-wide execution. His responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating operational initiatives, supporting personnel and performance management, overseeing vendor relationships, and working across departments to improve accountability and efficiency. He also maintains a particular focus on client satisfaction and case progression, helping identify and resolve issues that could affect a client’s experience or delay the advancement of a matter.

Nearly a decade of working in personal injury law has shaped Donte’s approach to client service. He recognizes that clients often come to the firm during some of the most difficult periods of their lives and believes they deserve clear communication, responsiveness, and confidence that their concerns are being taken seriously. His approach combines empathy with accountability, with an emphasis on identifying problems, finding practical solutions, and ensuring appropriate follow-through.

Outside of the firm, Donte has remained actively involved in civic and community service and has held leadership positions with organizations focused on public engagement, professional development, and developing the next generation of community leaders. These experiences reflect his longstanding interest in service, leadership, and expanding opportunities for others.
