Erica Dawson

Erica Dawson is an Intake Specialist with Bey & Associates in New Orleans. As one of the first voices potential clients may hear when seeking legal assistance, she listens carefully to their experiences, gathers important case information and documents, and follows up to help ensure the legal team has what it needs to evaluate a matter. She works to create a comfortable and respectful first interaction, particularly for people who may be discussing traumatic or deeply personal events.

Before joining Bey & Associates, Erica worked as an intake specialist at Bizer & DeReus. She studied communications at Gulf Coast State College and has approximately a year and a half of legal experience. She was drawn to the legal field by an interest in being part of a team that seeks justice for people who have experienced injustice.

Erica approaches each call with equal importance and believes careful listening can help clients feel heard rather than treated like a number. She values ethical professionalism, clear explanations, and anticipating client needs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, regional festivals, and creating costumes for holidays.
