Karina Lizeth Milla Doblado is an Intake Specialist at Bey & Associates. As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, she gathers detailed information about incidents, collects supporting documents, opens case files, and helps ensure the legal team begins its review with accurate and organized information. She also helps explain next steps and expectations so potential clients have a clearer understanding of the intake process.

Karina brings approximately eight years of experience in legal or related work to her role. Before joining Bey & Associates, she worked as a supervisor for a collections campaign. Her background in customer-facing and supervisory work supports her ability to ask focused questions, organize information, follow up on missing documentation, and route matters appropriately.

Karina believes strong intake work can shape a client’s experience from the very beginning. She focuses on listening carefully, documenting details accurately, communicating clearly, and helping clients feel supported during what may be an unfamiliar and stressful process.
