Tara Chapman

Tara Chapman is a Case Resolution Specialist at Bey & Associates, where she helps move cases toward final resolution and disbursement. Her responsibilities include gathering and organizing documents, negotiating with medical providers and lienholders, calculating settlement figures, preparing settlement documents, and assisting clients with finalizing and receiving settlement proceeds.

Tara has approximately 12 years of experience in legal and related work and has been with Bey & Associates since 2019. Before joining the firm, she worked as an insurance adjuster and as an intake specialist at another law firm. She attended Georgia Perimeter College and is pursuing a paralegal certificate. Her background gives her practical insight into both the claims process and the details required to bring a matter to an efficient conclusion.

Tara approaches clients with professionalism, empathy, compassion, organization, and a solution-oriented mindset. She believes clients should feel heard, valued, informed, and supported, particularly during the final stages of a case. Outside of work, she is involved with GRLS ATL and enjoys collecting vinyl records, fashion, outdoor activities, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants.
