Tyauna Evans

Tyauna “Ty” Evans is a Pre-Litigation Case Manager and Negotiator at Bey & Associates. She works closely with clients from the early stages of a personal injury claim through settlement, helping keep cases organized and moving forward. Her responsibilities include communicating with clients and insurance companies, gathering and reviewing case documentation, monitoring medical treatment and damages, and negotiating settlements.

Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University in 2018 and has approximately eight years of experience in the legal field. Before joining Bey & Associates, she worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury firm, where she maintained client files from beginning to end. She has been with Bey & Associates for six years.

Ty is committed to being a consistent source of support and advocacy for clients during difficult circumstances. She believes clients should understand the process, receive regular communication, and know that their concerns are being heard. She also works closely with attorneys and other team members to keep cases focused on achieving a meaningful resolution for the people the firm serves.
