Overview
Victoria Morales is a Case Manager in the Atlanta office of Bey & Associates. She helps organize case files, track deadlines, coordinate communication among clients and attorneys, and keep matters progressing efficiently. Her work is centered on consistent client communication and ensuring important case details remain organized from one stage to the next.
Before joining the legal field in December 2021, Victoria worked for the Cobb County School District, where she developed professional and client-relations skills that continue to support her work today. She was drawn to Bey & Associates by the firm’s focus on community and client relationships.
Victoria approaches client service with transparency, empathy, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. She recognizes that clients often come to the firm during difficult moments and believes it is important to understand their priorities while providing steady support from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, outdoor activities, reading mystery books, and spending time with cats.
