About Mr. Ford
Darryl Harrison Ford II is a civil litigation attorney specializing in personal injury and civil rights law, focused on building client relationships based on empathy, trust, and integrity—values shaped by his pastoral experience. He authored the civil rights complaint in the Johnny Holloman police brutality case and has contributed to housing discrimination investigations through his work with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). His legal work is guided by three core principles: character, competency, and chemistry. Darryl is actively involved in several legal organizations, including the Gate City Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. As a proud Air Force veteran, Darryl draws on the discipline and resilience instilled during his service to navigate the complexities of his legal work. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys working out, playing chess, reading history, and spending time with his children.
