About Mr. Bey
John Bey is the founder and owner of Bey & Associates, a nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm with offices in Atlanta and Macon, Georgia; Cincinnati, Ohio; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Birmingham, Alabama. John and his team of highly qualified attorneys and legal professionals are dedicated to meeting each client’s unique needs and concerns. The firm provides comprehensive legal representation, handling a variety of complex cases from catastrophic injury to medical malpractice to defective drugs and products.
Through John’s leadership, Bey & Associates prides itself on not being a “volume-based” practice; instead, the firm accepts cases only when its attorneys genuinely believe they can achieve a favorable result for the client. This commitment to selectivity ensures that each case receives the personalized attention it deserves. Because of these high vetting standards, the firm has delivered exceptional outcomes, including a $52 million jury verdict in a negligent security case.
In and beyond the courtroom, John embodies a community-first philosophy, taking on pro bono cases, mentoring youth, and sponsoring scholarships through local and legal organizations.
