Bey & Associates COO Matt McCarren Presents at the Ohio Association for Justice 2025 Technology Seminar

On January 24, 2025, Bey & Associates’ Chief Operating Officer Matt McCarren was a speaker at the Ohio Association for Justice 2025 Technology Seminar “AI for Law Firms, Managing Technology and the People Who Use It.”

Matt gave a presentation titled “Leveraging Technology to Manage Your Teams & Increase Efficiency,” in which he shared insights on centralized management strategies for multi-location law firms and provided guidance on how to leverage technology for streamlined workflows, scalable growth, and operational excellence.

The session also explored best practices for outsourcing functions such as intake and administrative support while maintaining quality, security, and compliance, in addition to methods to enhance communication and collaboration between in-house and outsourced teams.
